Foundry is a public beta that helps create desktop software. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and lawfully distributing applications you create.

Beta software

Features may change and generated software may contain errors. Keep backups and verify an application before relying on it for important work.

Credits and payments

Credits are consumed by managed AI and build services, have no cash value, and are tied to your account. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, consumed credits are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Foundry to create malware, steal information, evade security controls, violate rights, or break applicable law.

Availability

The service is provided as available during beta without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
